By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. 4. AI-generated content

All tagline suggestions produced by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence (specifically, Anthropic's Claude language model). You acknowledge and agree that:

We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs. However, we also do not guarantee that you have exclusive rights to any generated tagline, as the same or similar outputs may be generated for other users.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We may also modify these Terms at any time.
